The Role of Communication in Increasing The Work Productivity of Staff and Employees at The North Sumatra Provincial Legislature Office
Abstract
Communication is the key to improving staff morale. The role of communication is very important, because it will help establish good relationships and good cooperation betweenfellow staff and employees. Establishing an open, honest, fair communication relationship between leaders and employees will encourage peg awai to work happily so that productivity can be increased. Good or bad communication will affect the work results and goals expected by the company. The purpose of the research is how the role of communication in improving work productivity in the Office of the DPRD of North Sumatra Province. This research uses several data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. The results of communication research in a company will encourage the work productivity of staff and employees so that it is easier to achieve company goals. Because the achievement of good communication will increase the work productivity of staff and employees. Productivity is the result of the performance of staff and employees, where productivity will determine the survival of the company.
