Abstract

Archives are evidence or records of activities or transactions ranging from main activities to decision-making activities. The aim of this research is to determine the digital archiving system at the Medan Vocational and Productivity Training Center. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely interviews. The research results show that the digital filing system at the Medan Vocational and Productivity Training Center is running well. This is proven by the fast and easy way of managing it because it uses a digital archiving system. Adequate archiving equipment and supplies can help and make the archivist's work easier. Archives management at the Medan Vocational and Productivity Training Center has been able to fulfill the function of archives management itself, this is proven by easily searching for or returning required files.
