This research investigates the influence of spiritual intelligence, innovation, and competency on the improve employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa, a plantation company located in North Sumatra. Several factors the influence organizational performance namely spiritual intelligence, innovation, and competence can improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, the companies are advised to enhance the culture of spiritual intelligence through training and development, support the culture of innovation, and give full attention to the develovment of employee competencies. This research employs survey approach and associative descriptive research by examining clause relationship which is by investigating the influence of spiritual intelligence (X1), innovation (X2), and competency (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Asam Jawa. The research is conducted at PT. Asam Jawa in Medan, North Sumatra, from September to October 2023. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Asam Jawa, consisting of 50 people, and the samples are taken in a saturated manner by involving all members of the population. Based on the research results and discussion it cocludes that: (1) Spiritual Intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the improvement of employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa. (2) Innovation has a positive and significant influence on the improvement of employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa. (3) Competence has a positive and significant influence on the improvement of employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa. (4) Spiritual Intelligence, Innovation, and Competence have a positive and significant influence on the improvement of employee performance at PT. Asam Jawa. It is recommended that the company make the use of the development of spiritual intelligence, create a culture of innovation, and focus on developing the employee competencies. The results of the research can be used a reference for companies to understand the imfact of these factors in improving work performance. It is suggested for further research to involve additional variables such a leadership, work stress, organizational behavior and other management variables.
