The Role of Office Administration in Facilitating Office Work at The Staffing Agency and Human Resourcedevelopment Medan City
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Role of Office Administration in Expediting Office Work at the Staffing Agency and Human Resources Development of Medan City. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews with employees with a total of 2 resource persons. The results showed that the archives at the Staffing Agency and Human Resources Development of Medan City were effective. However, the reception of guests and the implementation of the Personnel Management Information System have not been categorized as good, because there are several obstacles so that the office administration process is hampered.
