    Abstract
SLB teachers have many demands, roles and duties that are heavier than school teachers in general, so that it has an impact on the affective aspects and cognitive aspects of a person in subjective well-being. Subjective well-being is a broad concept that includes high positive emotions and low levels of negative mood, and high life satisfaction (Diener, 2005). This research is intended to understand the dynamics of subjective wellbeing in teachers of SLB Alpha Omega in Kabanjahe. The results of this study show that respondent 1 initially had negative affects such as fear, shock, and experienced a decline in physical condition with no appetite, vomiting, shaking, feeling uncomfortable, and always complaining about wanting to move. Respondent 1 received support and positive social relationships from family, friends, and coworkers so that over time feelings of pride, comfort, pleasure, satisfaction, enjoyment of her work as an SLB teacher, and more gratitude and worship in her life. Respondent 2 initially felt surprised, anxious and stressed at the beginning of her work, but did not experience a decline in physical condition, but the difficulty of her students not being able to speak. Respondent 2 received support and positive social relationships that led to feelings of pride, enthusiasm, joy, satisfaction, more love from God and gratitude in life. Respondent 3 initially felt shocked and experienced a decline in physical condition with no appetite and nausea. Respondent 3 felt dissatisfied if the program for her students was not successful. Respondent 3 also received positive support from family and people around her and even senior employees helped a lot to make respondent 3 feel happy, proud, enthusiastic, become more grateful and worship a lot while working at SLB. The three respondents experienced changes in subjective well-being from the start of work, at first negative affects dominated more than positive affects and also experienced dissatisfaction in their work, over time with influencing factors making respondents more grateful for their lives and feeling close to God.
