dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the role of self-efficacy and teacher attitudes towards inclusive education in Batu Bara Regency. The sample for this research consisted of 500 state elementary school teachers in Batu Bara Regency. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the MATIES (Multi-dimensional Attitude toward Inclusive Education) Scale which was developed by Mahat (in Evriani and Kumalasari , 2019) and has been adapted and tested into Indonesian by Evriani (2019) then the Self-Efficacy Scale compiled by Wahyuni (2018) based on Bandura's (1977) theory. The statistical method used is simple linear regression analysis with a p value (0.000) < 0.05. The research results show that there is a positive role between self-efficacy and teacher attitudes towards inclusive education in Batu Bara Regency. The R-Square value obtained was 0.191, which means that self-efficacy plays a 19% role in teacher attitudes towards inclusive education.en_US
