Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2010-2022 dengan Metode Regresi Linier Berganda

Abstract

Economic growth is defined as a process of increasing per capita output in the long run. The higher the economic growth of a country, the higher the ability of a country to meet the needs of the people, so that the higher the ability of a country to prosper the community. The purpose of this study was to determine how changes in inventory, government consumption expenditure and net exports affect GDP in Simalungun Regency. This research uses a type of quantitative research and the data is processed with the needs of the model used. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. The data used in this study is secondary data, with the type of annual Time series data for the 2010-2022 period obtained from BPS (Central Statistics Agency). The variables used are GDP, Change in Inventory, , Government Consumption Expenditure and Net Exports. The results of this study show that Changes in Inventory do not have a significant effect and are not positively or negatively related to GDP and Government Consumption Expenditure and Net Exports have a significant and positive effect on GDP. And together, the variables of Changes in Inventory, Government Consumption Expenditure and Net Exports have a significant effect and are positively related to GDP in Simalungun Regency in 2010-2022. The Simalungun Regency Government is expected to pay more special attention to data in the form of inventories such as plantations, fisheries, forestry, and mining products in order to have a significant influence on GRDP in Simalungun Regency.
