dc.description.abstractThis research examines the relationship between self-esteem and resilience in the online motorcycle taxi driver community. The questionnaire used was a community resilience scale, namely the Community Advancing Resilience Toolkit Assessment Survey (CARTAS) and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), there were 120 online motorcycle taxi drivers. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis in this research is that self-esteem is positively related to the resilience of the online motorcycle taxi driver community. Based on the results of this research, it was found that there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and the resilience of the online motorcycle taxi driver community. This shows that the higher self-esteem, the higher the resilience of the online motorcycle taxi driver community.en_US
