This study aims to explore the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Engagement among outsourced employees (TAD) at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tiga Binanga (Karo Regency). This research employed a quantitative approach with 60 TAD employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tiga Binanga (Karo Regency) as research subjects. Data collection was conducted using Likert scales to measure the level of work motivation and employee engagement. Data analysis utilized simple linear regression analysis. The results show a significant influence of work motivation on employee engagement among TAD employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tiga Binanga (Karo Regency). The simple linear regression test yielded a significance value of 5% with an R square value of 0.396 (39.6%), and the regression equation obtained was Y = 30.689 + 0.474X. The significance value obtained was 0.000 (≤0.05). The research findings explain that the higher the work motivation, the higher the employee engagement among TAD employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tiga Binanga (Karo Regency).
