This study is a quantitative research project that investigates the influence that extraversion personality types have on the subjective well-being of inclusion school teachers in North Sumatra. For the purpose of achieving academic success in inclusive schools, personality and subjective well-being are regarded as valuable assets. In the North Sumatra region, there were a total of 110 instructors who participated in the study. These teachers were currently employed at an inclusive school. Using a standard linear regression analysis, the purpose of this study is to investigate the influence that extraversion personality qualities have on one's subjective well-being. The statistical analysis of the data produced a result that was statistically significant, with a p-value that was lower than this threshold. It has been found through this research that the personality trait of extraversion has a positive influence on the subjective well-being of school teachers who work in inclusive education in North Sumatra. It is clear from these findings that there is a pressing need for more investigation into the psychological factors that have a substantial influence on the educational experience in inclusive schools.en_US
