The Influence of Conscientiousness Personality Type on Teacher Efficacy in Inclusive Schools
Abstract
This study is a quantitative research project that investigates the influence that
conscientiousness personality types have on the teacher efficacy of inclusion
schools in North Sumatera. For the purpose of achieving academic success in
inclusive schools, personality and teacher efficacy are regarded as valuable assets.
In the North Sumatera region, there were a total of 110 instructors who
participated in the study. These teachers were currently employed at an inclusive
school. Using a standard linear regression analysis, the purpose of this study is to
investigate the influence that conscientiousness personality qualities have on one's
teacher efficacy. The statistical analysis of the data produced a result that was
statistically significant, with a p-value that was lower than this threshold. It has
been found through this research that the personality trait of conscientiousness has
a positive influence on the teacher efficacy of school teachers who work in
inclusive education in North Sumatera. It is clear from these findings that there is
a pressing need for more investigation into the psychological factors that have a
substantial influence on the educational experience in inclusive schools.
