dc.description.abstractThis study is a quantitative research aimed at examining the influence of the agreeableness personality trait on the psychological well-being of teachers in inclusive schools in North Sumatra. The study involved 110 participants, who were teachers in inclusive schools in the North Sumatra region. The analysis of the impact of the agreeableness personality trait on psychological well-being was conducted using a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the data analysis, a significance value of < .001 was obtained. Therefore, this research indicates a positive influence of the agreeableness personality trait on the psychological well-being of teachers in inclusive schools in North Sumatra.en_US
