Analisis Layanan Perpustakaan Keliling Kecamatan Angkola Barat Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan

Abstract

The Mobile Library is one of the tools for facilitating non-formal education contributing to the nation's educational landscape. This study discusses the analysis of Mobile Library services in West Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency, which aims to provide input in improving the performance of Mobile Library services and increasing the author's understanding and knowledge about Mobile Library services. This study employed qualitative research with descriptive methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that this Mobile Library is instrumental, especially in the West Angkola District, with the type of reading and video/music playback services. However, the service program, type of vehicle, and collection arrangement in the Angkola Mobile Library deviate from the standards set by the National Library of Indonesia.
