dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the influence of caregivers' social support and students' self-efficacy on the welfare of new students at Islamic boarding schools. The research methodology used was quantitative, with a sample size of 131 new students. The population for this research consisted of new students at the Ma'had Tahfizhil Qur'an Islamic Center Foundation of North Sumatra. The research instrument uses a 75-item Likert scale. Test validity, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis using JASP 17 software. Data analysis method uses SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of caregivers' social support and students' self-efficacy on the welfare of new students. | en_US |
