The Covid-19 pandemic has affected many aspects of people's daily lives around the world. The most common change that we can know and encounter is the obligation for people all over the world to wear masks, because masks are one of several factors that can slow the rate of spread of the Corona virus. During this pandemic, people generally wear masks and if they have to validate their face, they have to remove the mask first. This validation method will require more time because removing the mask first and then validating can increase the potential for exposure to the virus. This research uses the Haar Cascade and Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) algorithms to detect a person's identity through their face even if they are wearing a mask. The results of this research obtained results in the form of precision of 0.97 or 97%, recall of 0.97 or 97%, accuracy of 0.94 or 94%, and F1-Score of 0.97 or 97%.
