The resource capacity with the human resources sub-indicator of the Medan City Cooperatives and SME Service needs to be increased in surveying SME actors who take part in training and in the Infrastructure, Technology and Finance sub-indicator, the Medan City Cooperative and SME Service does not have training building infrastructure for SME, as well as a lack of material assistance to SME actors.
