The results of the research obtained by researchers from the parameters set by George C. Adam Malik Hospital Medan City is still not optimal seen from the miscommunication that occurs between regional hospitals and hospitals in Medan City. Furthermore, the resource parameters include human resources who run the Integrated Referral System (SISRUTE) at H. Adam Hospital Medan City is still not optimal because there is still a lack of BIMTEK training conducted by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENKES) and facilities and infrastructure resources are also still limited at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan City. Conduct training such as BIMTEK on SISRUTE for existing human resources so that human resources can master the use of SISRUTE applications / systems so that the implementation of SISRUTE can be better and more effective. Propose the addition of facilities and infrastructure needed such as computer sets so that the implementation of SISRUTE can be maximized. The disposition in the form of executive commitment can be improved for the better. We recommend that SISRUTE implementors make more detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding the rules for the number of human resources who manage SISRUTE, and other important matters related to the implementation of SISRUTE.en_US
