Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Vikor Dalam Pemilihan Aplikasi E-Ticketing (Studi Kasus : Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best alternative in solving the problem of choosing the right e-ticketing application using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and VIKOR methods. The AHP method is used to obtain the criteria weight in application selection, while the VIKOR method is used in application ranking. There are 5 criteria used in this study, namely ticket prices, promos offered, security of personal data, number of payment methods and additional service features. The alternative applications used include Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda and PegiPegi. With the AHP method, the weight of the criteria that influence the selection of e-ticketing applications is obtained, namely personal data security criteria with a weight of 0.503, promos offered with a weight of 0.260, ticket prices with a weight of 0.134, number of payment methods with a weight of 0.068 and finally the criteria for additional service features with a weight of 0.035 . Furthermore, the ranking of the best application alternatives using the VIKOR method obtained the best alternative results, namely Tiket.com with an index value of 0. Next, Traveloka and Agoda were in second and third place with an index value of 0.368 and 0.97 and finally, Agoda with an index value of 1.155.
