dc.description.abstract | In the current era of globalization, technological advances and competition are increasing and developing rapidly in the field of industrialization and innovation. One of the company's success factors lies in its human resources which are required to be able to carry out all operational activities of the company properly, namely by utilizing other resources owned by the company.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mitra Agung Sawita Sejati.
This study used a quantitative method involving 76 employees as the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data obtained through company data and books and journals related to this research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously job satisfaction, job loyalty have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees with an R value of 0.811 and an R Square value of 0.657 or 65.7%. This means that the independent variables, namely job satisfaction (X1) and work loyalty (X2) together can explain the dependent variable, namely organizational citizenship behavior (Y) of 65.7%, while the remaining 34.3% is explained by other variables that are not known in this study. | en_US |
