    Abstract
Socio-economic Impact of the Family Hope Program on the Farming Community in Sirisi-Risi Village, Kec. Doloksanggul, Humbang Hasundutan. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of the government programs established to provide cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM), so they are required to fulfill requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR), namely education and health. Apart from fulfilling its objectives, PKH also contributes to providing good benefits in the short term, namely through reducing the burden of household expenses, while the long-term benefits of PKH break the chain of intergenerational poverty through improving the quality of health/nutrition, education and income capacity. This research aims to find out regarding the accuracy of the targets of the Family Hope Program, the utilization of aid funds provided and the socio-economic impact of farming families as recipients of PKH assistance. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of the assistance programs provided by the government and is aimed at poor communities in the fields of education and health. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The collection techniques used in this research were participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Apart from that, the use of aid funds by recipient families has not yet been utilized according to the program's intended objectives. Assistance intended to meet children's school needs is used to meet other needs. Due to errors in targeting and poor use of funds, the impact felt by the farming community as recipients has not been highlighted in depth, which has resulted in the emergence of jealousy and disharmony among recipients and the community in Sirisi-risi Village, Kec. Doloksasanggul, Humbang Hasundutan.
