dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find out how the implementation of the foster child program can meet the educational, social, material and spiritual needs of high school students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda College Foundation. The Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation is an educational institution that has educational levels from kindergarten to high school and equivalent. The Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation is a mixed school that prioritizes mixing between various students with different ethnicities, religions, races and socio-economic backgrounds. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative which describes the implementation of the foster child program in meeting the educational, social, material and spiritual needs of high school students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda College Foundation. Data was collected through interviews with the head of the Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation, students who received the foster child program, high school students outside the foster child program, and parents of students who received the foster child program. Carrying out literature studies through books, journals, news sources and statutory regulations relating to program implementation and meeting educational, social, material, spiritual and social functioning needs. Carrying out documentation on matters related to the implementation of the foster child program can meet the educational, social, material and spiritual needs of high school students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation. Consisting of 8 research informants, 1 key informant, 5 main informants, and 2 additional informants. The implementation of the foster child program in meeting the educational, social, material and spiritual needs of high school students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda Education Foundation includes activities carried out by foster children, as well as what rights they have and what obligations they must carry out as program recipients. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a transparent picture regarding the implementation of the foster child program in meeting the educational, social, material and spiritual needs of high school students at the Sultan Iskandar Muda College Foundation.en_US
