The research was conducted since January until June 2023 at Laboratorium Fisiologi Tumbuhan dan Kultur Jaringan, Laboratorium Mikrobiologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam and UPT. Laboratorium Penelitian Terpadu, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The purpose of this research was to analyze and to compare the chlorophyll content, the lead (Pb), the stomatal density, and the leaf area of calabur leaves (Muntingia calabura L.) at four different locations in Medan, to analyze the correlation between lead content and the total chlorophyll content and the stomatal density of calabur leaves, and also to analyze the correlation between stomatal density of calabur leaves and leaf area. Lead content on Jalan Pulau Sumatera (0,7 mg/L) was significantly differ from Jalan Gatot Subroto (0,47 mg/L). Lead content at Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (0,15 mg/L) and Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (0,16 mg/L) did not significantly different. The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll content of calabur leaves did not significant different. Chlorophyll a content of calabur leaves from highest to lowest found on Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (0,25 mg/L), Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (0,25 mg/L), Jalan Gatot Subroto (0,24 mg/L), and Jalan Pulau Sumatra (0,23 mg/L). While chlorophyll b content from highest to lowest was on Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (0,45 mg/L), Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (0,4 mg/L), Jalan Gatot Subroto (0,36 mg/L), and Jalan Pulau Sumatera (0,33 mg/L), respectively. Total chlorophyll content from highest to lowest was on Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (0,71 mg/L), Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (0,66 mg/L), Jalan Gatot Subroto (0,6 mg/L), and Jalan Pulau Sumatera (0,56 mg/L). The stomatal density of calabur leaves showed no significantly different, which was from highest to lowest was at Jalan Pulau Sumatera (180 stomata/mm2), Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (163,3 stomata/mm2), Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (148 stomata/mm2), and Jalan Gatot Subroto (141,6 stomata/mm2). The leaf area of calabur leaves at Jalan Gatot Subroto (28,3 cm2) was significantly different from the one on Jalan Letjen Jamin Ginting (23,3 cm2). Leaf area of calabur leaves at Jalan Dr. A. Sofyan (19 cm2) did not significantly different to the Jalan Pulau Sumatera (18 cm2). Lead content was correlate significantly to the total chlorophyll content and the stomatal density of calabur leaves on Jalan Pulau Sumatra. Stomatal density of calabur leaves did not correlate significantly with the leaf area at four different locations in Medanen_US
