Pola Rekrutmen Calon Anggota Legislatif Exco Partai Buruh Provinsi Sumatera Utara Menjelang Pemilu Serentak Tahun 2024

Abstract

This research focuses on the Recruitment Pattern of Candidates for Legislative Members of the North Sumatra Province Labor Party Exco Ahead of the 2024 Simultaneous Elections. This research aims to find out what the Recruitment Pattern is carried out by the North Sumatra Labor Party Exco. The Labor Party as a new party will definitely carry out its function as a means of political recruitment. The recruitment pattern for legislative members for the Exco Labor Party in North Sumatra must be well designed in order to produce quality human resources. This research method uses qualitative research where the researcher uses an interview, observation and documentation approach. The results of this research are that the Labor Party of North Sumatra Province uses a lateral (open) recruitment pattern where the Labor Party provides equal opportunities for every person who wants to nominate themselves as a legislative candidate, whether from internal parties or external parties through a selection process.
