dc.description.abstract | This research has succeeded in designing a hand dryer and temperature using an
ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 and a temperature sensor Mlx90614 which is applied to
the NodeMCU ESP8266 Microcontroller. The process of making this tool is to
connect the HC-SR04 sensor and the Mlx90614 sensor with several components,
such as jumper cables, adapters, transistors, and the blynk application as a display
of test results data. The purpose of making this tool is to dry hands and measure
body temperature automatically in order to save time in its implementation. The
method used in testing this hand dryer and temperature is a data collection method
(quantitative method) on five samples. The results of the test and application of this
hand dryer and temperature obtained an error or an average of 2.26% when
compared to standard measuring instruments. How to use this tool is to place the
object above the HC-SR04 sensor, the fan automatically turns on, and vice versa by
placing the object in front of the Mlx90614 sensor, the sensor will take
measurements of the object's temperature. | en_US |
