Design of A Constant Temperature Kontrol Device on A Coffee Heating Hotplate with A PT100 Sensor and A Closed PID Method System
Abstract
Technological developments at this time are quite fast and provide many benefits for humans. One of the developing technologies is automatic control technology. There are many benefits that can be obtained from the development of automatic control technology, including being able to shorten working time, increase accuracy and precision and minimize human error. In designing this tool, the hotplate is one of the instruments that is widely used to heat the mixture/sample. In the design of a constant temperature control device on a coffee heating hotplate with a Pt100 sensor and a closed PID method system, the aim is to realize a tool that can function as a temperature controller for coffee with a Pt100 sensor which functions as a temperature controller on the coffee heating hotplate. This tool is also designed using a closed PID method system which is a closed loop control system. The closed PID method system consists of three types of controls, namely P (Proportional), D (Derivative) and I (Integral) controls, each of which has advantages and disadvantages.
