dc.description.abstractAn analysis of free fatty acid content (FFA) and water content of crude palm oil (CPO) produced at PT. Socfindo Negeri Lama have been analyzer. The method used in analyzing the moisture coment and free fatty acid content in CPO oil were the oven heating method and acid base titration, namely by using a standard solution of NaOH 0.25 N as a titrant, isopropyl alcohol (IPA) as a CPO solvent. From the results of the analysis, the average free fatty acid (FFA) content was obtained at 1.96% and the water content of 0.16% of the CPO oil produced.en_US
