Abstract

Currently the government makes a policy by creating Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) for each village. BUMDes is a business entity whose capital is wholly or most of the capital owned by the village through direct participation originating from separated village assets in order to manage assets, services, and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. Of course, people want information about BUMDes to be easily obtained. Especially the people of Siantar Tonga-Tonga II Village. Information systems (IS) are a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use that technology to support operations and management. In a very broad sense, the term information system is often used to refer to the interactions between people, algorithmic processes, data, and technology. In this sense, the term is used to refer not only to the organization's use of information and communication technologies (ICTs), but also to the ways in which people interact with these technologies in support of business processes.
