Analisis Kadar Kotoran pada Kelapa Sawit terhadap Pengendalian Mutu Produksi Pengolahan Minyak Mentah dan Inti Sawit dengan Metode Statistical Quality Control

Abstract

Quality control is a series of activities that can effectively be used to develop and improve the quality of a product in accordance with predetermined specifications. Palm oil processing produces two products, namely crude oil and palm kernel. There are several quality requirements in palm oil processing, one of which is dirt. The effect of knowing whether the dirt content is in good condition or not is to support the company's income. To see whether these requirements are in accordance with the expected product specifications, the authors conduct research using the SQC method (statistical quality control). In this research, the method used is control chart X and R , which shows that all data are within the control limits, meaning that the production results are in accordance with control standards. And the process capability(Cp) ) and index process capability (Cpk) have a value of Cp 1,00 and Cpk 1,00. Likewise with the level of impurities in palm kernel which has a value of Cp 1,00 and Cpk 1,00.
