The performance of government organizations and a good
organizational culture are very important in order to produce good governance
and clean government, and support government tasks to provide good services
to the community. However, one of the problems in government organizations
in Indonesia is the low quality of civil servants based on the many complaints
and lack of trust from the public.
This study is to find out the impact of organizational culture on the
performance of civil servant in Deli Serdang Regency Revenue Agency. This
type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The
population of this study was the civil servant at the Deli Serdang Regency
Revenue Agency with a sample of 51 respondents. The data analysis method in
this study uses simple linear regression with the support of SPSS version 25
program. This study uses primary data sources and data collection through the
distribution of questionnaires.
The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a
positive and significant impact on the performance of the civil servant because
based on partial testing the tcount > ttable value (11.962 > 2.010) which has a
significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and
Ho is rejected. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the coefficient of
determination, the R Square value of organizational culture on performance has
a contribution of 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other factors.
