dc.description.abstract | Technological develop ments and advances have resulted in the creation of
many tools that serve to simplify and speed up human work. The stages of making
this tool, using a DHT22 sensor based on Arduino UNO, are used as a connecting
device that has been programmed so that the user or operator can use running text
as an information medium by using the ATMega 328 microcontroller as a data processor
while storing the binary data needed to control the matrix. LED as output.
The objectives of this final project are: (1) A tool to detect the temperature and humidity
measurement in the server room and then display it in running text. (2) test
the ability of the tool with RTC (real time clock) 3231 as a time reader to display the
hour, day, date, and the LED panel of the P10 100Cm x 20Cm. Then for making android
applications using App Inventor software, where the running text control application
is named running text controller (RTC) and the information that has been
displayed will be stored automatically in the database so that it is possible to display
it again if the information is needed. The running text used is type P10 with a size of
100 cm x 20 cm. Display output in the form of letters or numbers that continues to
