Design and Development of Conductivity Measurement and Detection of Details (Methylene Blue) in Water Based on Arduino Nano
Abstract
This research has succeeded in designing a conductivity measuring device and dye
detection (Methylene Blue) that uses a TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) sensor and a
TCS34725 sensor which functions to measure the conductivity and dyestuff of a
solution. The purpose of making this conductivity measuring device and dye
detection is to determine the conductivity and detect dye automatically so that it can
save time in measurement. The sensors used in the manufacture of this conductivity
measuring device and dye detection are the TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) Sensor and
the TCS34725 Sensor which are controlled by the Arduino Nano
Microcontroller and are equipped with a 16x2 LCD in the appearance of the
measurement data. The method used in testing the conductivity measuring
instrument and the detection of dyes is a method of collecting data on three
samples. The results of testing and application of this tool obtained an average
error of 0.60% when compared to standard measuring instruments with a
difference of 0.45%.
