The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that aims to reduce and break the chain of poverty, improve the quality of human resources. PKH is directed to assist the very poor in meeting their education and health needs. This program itself is run based on the social ministry regulation number 1 of 2018. This program has been around since 2007 where this program was evenly distributed throughout Indonesia in 2008. However, from several cases found that the family hope program is only a program that delays poverty but does not eradicate poverty itself. Some of the causes of this are less competent officers from PKH assistants and less caring for the beneficiary community in overcoming poverty on their own. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively using the method of recording, collecting and thinking proposed by Seiddel, 1998. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the family hope program in binjai village, medan denai sub-district, the facilitator, the implementation of the program has been carried out very well by PKH assistants, namely motivating those who receive hope assistance and also motivating the beneficiaries of the beneficiary family. In terms of education itself, the PKH facilitator in Binjai sub-district conducts meetings at least once a week with beneficiaries, namely providing learning in the form of modules to beneficiary families. In terms of community representation itself, PKH assistants help and assist beneficiaries if there are complaints that occur to them, such as using outside agencies to help the beneficiaries themselves. Lulu from a technical point of view, PKH assistants work in accordance with the regulations and rules that apply according to the law, namely as data validation, data socialization and also advocacy to beneficiary families.en_US
