Penerapan Statistical Quality Control dalam Mengidentifikasi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) di Kota Padangsidimpuan Tahun 2019 – 2021

Abstract

Unemployed or unemployed are people who do not have a job, are looking for work, or are preparing for work. Generally, the cause of unemployment is an imbalance in the rate of population growth with available jobs. That is, the number of workers is more than the number of jobs. Statistical Quality Control (SQC) is a decision-making technique in an analysis of information contained in a sample of the population. The problem being studied is the application of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method in identifying open unemployment rate data (TPT) in 6 sub-districts. The average value which is the median line for the R control chart is 0.7116. The upper control limit (UCL) is 1.8325, and the lower control limit (LCL) is 0.00. The mean value which is the center line for the X-bar control chart is 1.565. The upper control limit (UCL) is 2.2930, and the lower control limit (LCL) is 0.8369. It shows that there is 1 variable/region that is outside the upper control limit (UCL), namely the Padangsidimpuan Hutaimbaru area
