dc.description.abstract | This research offers another alternative that enriches strategies in internalizing organizational culture, by finding specific values in communication interactions that are directly observed during interactions that correspond to and support the creation of organizational culture. These specific values are then called the main values of communication by the researcher. The organizational object is Kebun Sarang Giting, North Sumatra, Indonesia, a subsidiary of a state-owned company that is designated by the government to have AKHLAK Culture, which stands for Amanah (Trust), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal, Adaptif (Adaptive), and kolaboratif (Collaborative). This research involved all 60 members of the organization, from various levels. In this qualitative research, creative methods were used to raise awareness about the existence of values in every interaction that can be observed directly during the interaction, which is called communication values, explore these values and reach an agreement on the main values of communication that are in line with the organizational culture, such as the audio visual method, the role swap method, the Post It method and the delphi method which are assembled in the form of group facilitation training using a participatory approach and the picture and picture method. The results of the research found that the main values of communication needed that correspond to the corporate culture of Kebun Sarang Giting (AKHLAK) are Authentic, Presence, Explorative, Earnestness, Partnership, Warmth and Responsiveness. | en_US |
