Abstract
In the fish pond ecosystem there are various factors that can inhibit fish growth or even kill fish, one of which is the air factor. There are various factors in the air, one of which is the quality of ammonia levels. Ammonia is one of the problems for fish farmers, the cause of ammonia is leftover feed and also feces in the form of feces that accumulate and mix with water. Therefore, this paper discusses the design and manufacture of an ammonia level measuring instrument to facilitate farmers in checking ammonia levels in the pond. Making the tool using the Arduino Nano, LCD 16x2, MQ 135, PLX DAQ, IC 7805. This tool uses the MQ 135 sensor as a sensor that monitors air quality to detect ammonia gas and PLX DAQ to record serial data. Arduino microcontroller. A tool used to check ammonia levels in pool water. This tool will work if the pool water has ammonia levels. LCD display (liquid crystal display) to display the results of monitoring water turbidity, buzzer as an indicator if there is a disturbance or problem in the pool water.
