dc.description.abstract | Determination of Free Fatty Acid levels and Moisture Content in RBDPO (Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil), where RBDPO is a palm oil that has gone through the Refining process, Bleacing (pemucatan), Deodorizing (Odor Removal) measurement of Free Fatty Acid levels is carried out by titration method. From the results of the determination obtained free fatty acid levels with sample code RBDPO 1 = 0,067%, RBDPO 2 = 0,069%, RBDPO 3 = 0,065%, and moisture content with sample code RBDPO 1 = 0,06%, RBDPO 2 = 0,04%, RBDPO 3 = 0,03%. Where the results of the analysis obtained free fatty acid levels and water content in RBDPO have met the specifications set out in PT. Indonesia's VVF is for free fatty acid levels is 0,10 maximum and maximum water content of 0,10. | en_US |
