    Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of adding synbiotic isolat Pediococcus pentosaceus Strain N6 and cassava peel flour on the value of crude protein and crude fiber in feed as well as the digestibility value of crude protein and crude fiber in super free-range chickens. The amount of material used was 100 super free-range chickens. The method used was an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Treatment consisted of P0 (basal ration without adding synbiotics (control)), P1 (basal ration + synbiotic 150 ml/kg ration), P2 (basal ration + synbiotic 300 ml/kg ration), P3 (basal ration + synbiotic 450 ml/ kg ration). The parameters observed were crude protein, crude fiber, crude protein digestibility, crude fiber digestibility. The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further DMRT testing. The results showed that the addition of the synbiotic isolatee Pediococcus pentosaceus Strain N6 and cassava peel flour had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the quality and digestibility of super free-range chicken feed. Percentage of crude protein content of feed with an average of 19.28%-21.55%, percentage of crude fiber content of feed with an average of 4.86%-6.87%, percentage of crude protein digestibility with an average of 70.14%-87.6%, and the percentage of crude fiber digestibility with an average of 22.48% -41.44%. The conclusion of this research is that the addition of the synbiotic isoalate Pediococcus pentosaceus Strain N6 and cassava peel as a feed additive at a dose of 450 ml/kg (P3) is able to increase the value of crude protein and crude fiber in feed as well as the digestibility value of crude protein and crude fiber in super free-range chickens.
