dc.description.abstract | Dashboard monitoring is an essential tool for visualizing business data, monitoring
performance, identifying issues, and supporting decision-making. PT. Berau Coal
Energy (PT. BCE) is a company in the coal mining industry. The Product Quality
& Supply Chain (PQSC) Department is responsible for managing the coal supply
chain and quality. The issues found in the PQSC Department include the lack of
integration in the monitoring and supervision of the dashboard management
system, as it utilizes three different software: Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Additionally, there is no monitoring or search history feature for the dashboard
monitoring data, and the database is still localized. The objective of this research
is to design and implement a unified website dashboard monitoring system. It
includes four dashboard menus: main dashboard, operational dashboard, stockpile
dashboard, and shipment dashboard. The waterfall method is used for website
development, involving stages such as problem identification, system design,
database design, interface design, system implementation, and testing using black
box testing. The hardware and software used include PHP, JavaScript, HTML,
CSS, XAMPP, and MySQL. The research results show that this website has formed
an integrated system for monitoring and managing operational dashboard
information. Daily presentations can be delivered more quickly to top management,
related departments, and customers. The website provides a fast search feature for
dashboard monitoring data based on specific dates, and the database is now online. | en_US |
