Analisis Kelayakan Finansial dan Pemetaan Risiko Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Herbal (Studi Kasus : Usaha Peternakan Ayam Broiler Herbal Alkhairi Kecamatan Namorambe, Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

Herbal chickens are broiler chickens that are raised organically without using chemicals such as antibiotics or injection of hormones and vaccines into the chicken's body to stimulate faster chicken growth. Herbal chicken farming business is still rarely found in society. One of the herbal chicken business that currently exists is the Alkhairi Herbal Chicken Farming Business which has been established for 12 years from 2011. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the Alkhairi Herbal Chicken farming business from a financial aspect by using investment feasibility analysis NPV, IRR, Payback Period, ROI, BEP, and R/C Ratio and also to find out how much risk it has. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The method for determining the research area was carried out purposively with a sample of 2 people, namely the main owner of the herbal chicken business and the manager of the herbal chicken business. The research results show that the analysis of the financial aspects of the NPV is Rp. 856,595,422.78, IRR value of 18%, payback period of 3 years 2 months, R/C value of 1,908, production BEP of 1,952.99 kg and price BEP of Rp. 29,685.64, and an ROI value of 32% so that from a financial aspect this business can be said to be feasible. For risk analysis, this business has a moderate risk level (risk tolerance) of 86% or 6 types of risk, and a high risk level of 14% or 1 type of risk.
