Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of replanting implementation on the efficiencyof supply of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to Begerpang Palm Oil Mill at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive research analysis using the Performance of Activity (POA) framework. The results showed that the age composition of plants greatly impacts the productivity of supplier plantations so that it will have an impact on the stability of the supply of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to the Begerpang Palm Oil Mill. Therefore, it is necessary to rejuvenate oil palm plants in supplier plantations so that the age composition of plants is not dominated by old plants anymore so that FFB production can increase and there is a stable supply of FFB from supplier plantations to BGPOM mills.
