This study aims to determine whether binahong leaf flour has an effective effect on increasing slaughter weight, carcass weight, and carcass percentage in broiler chickens mixed into feed as a comparison to commercial antibiotics in Salmonella Sp infections. The research was conducted in the Animal Biology Laboratory of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, July to August 2023 for 35 days. Using a completely randomized plan with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were P1 (Broiler Chickens Without Antibiotics + Infection), P2 (Broiler Chickens With Commercial Antibiotics + Infection), P3 (Broiler Chickens With 7.5 grams of Binahong Flour / Kg Ration + 0.4 ml Infection), P4 (Chickens Broiler With 15 grams of Binahong Flour / Kg Ration + 0.4 ml Infection). From the research results, broiler chickens infected with salmonella sp and given binahong leaf flour can maintain the health of broiler chickens so that chicken growth is good. The increase in slaughter weight, carcass weight, and carcass percentage were not significantly different in the treatment of antibiotics or binahong leaf flour
