dc.description.abstractRice is an important commodity for Indonesia, current technological advances have been quite beneficial for society. However, there are still several shortcomings, one of which is for sieving rice where there is still a lot of dirt in the sieving results, so it requires the addition of a blower to separate the dirt that is still included in the rice. This research used a complete factorial equipment design (RALF) research method with 2 treatments, namely rotation speed (rpm) and sieve slope with 3 repetitions. The parameters for this research are: effective capacity of the equipment, yield, whole rice, head rice, broken rice, dirt. The results of the research show that the effective capacity of the tool is 36.48 kg/hour with rpm 1120 slope 30% (R1S3), the resulting yield is 0.999% with rpm 1120 slope 30% (R1S3), to produce the best whole rice you can use the treatment (R2S3 ), with rpm 1300 30% slope produces 56.85% whole rice, to produce the best head rice you can use treatment (R2S3), with rpm 1300 30% slope produces 128.79% head rice, to produce the best broken rice you can Using treatment (R1S1), with an rpm of 1120 with a 10% slope produces 79.17% broken rice, to produce the best manure you can use treatment (R3S2), with an rpm of 1480 with a slope of 20% producing 64.81% manure.en_US
