Analisis Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) dengan Metode Green Scor di PT. Asia Inti Rasa

Abstract

Competition in business today is getting tighter, every company is required to continue to attract consumers or be able to survive in existing market competition. Currently, the process of industrial development involving many parties is thought to have had an impact on the environment. One way is with the management of the GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management). PT. Asia Inti Rasa is an enterprise that is engaged in the manufacture of food snacks by producing snack products such as pills, snacks and other snacks. However, the application of Green Supply Chain Management to the company has not been implemented to the maximum. As can be seen from the problem faced by the company, there is a high amount of waste produced from the production part of the WIP to the packaging part. The production of waste occurs in the form of raw materials that cannot be re-produced and must be destroyed, while the waste part of packaging waste packaging material is aluminum foil packaging, so the high amount of waste generated can cause unhealthy environmental conditions and cause the ecological impact of the activity of the industry. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of green supply chain management (GSCM) activities in companies by knowing the performance of GSCM and providing proposals for improvements related to the performance of GSCM. The results of the consistency ratio (CR) calculation using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighing showed a value of 0.024, which means CR < 0.1, so the process weighing calculation is consistent. Then the performance attribute weight calculation obtained the results of all the attributes of consistence due to the consistance ratio (CR) < 0.1. Then the data processing calculation resulted in the green supply chain management performance value being 86.61, with the value being below 90 (Good), so it needs to be improved to reach a value above 90. (Excellent). As for the improvement proposals with some performance indicators namely, Supplier Tepat Waktu Dalam Pengiriman Material, Tingkat Penggunaan Mesin, Delivery Item Accuracy by The Company dan Delivery Quantity Accuracy by The Company.
