dc.description.abstract | Tanjung Rejo Village Ecotourism is a mangrove ecotourism located in the
Paluh 80 Area, Percut Sei Tuan District. This ecotourism was founded to be an
alternative tourist destination and preserve mangrove forests, but this ecotourism
is not well known to many people. Therefore, by using a Geographic Information
System (GIS) with a WEB basis called WebGIS, it is hoped that it can become a
medium for promoting ecotourism and mapping ecotourism potential that can be
developed and managed. This research aims to map ecotourism attractions using
UAVs, design WEBGIS to map attractions, and accessibility of Tanjung Rejo
ecotourism, and analyze the usefulness of WEBGIS. The implementation starts
from collecting spatial data, namely the coordinates of the location of ecotourism
objects, collecting spatial data for parts of the ecotourism area using an
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) so that it will later become a webGIS basemap.
From air processing, we obtained 863 aerial photos and a spatial resolution of
9.64 cm/pix. The aerial photos were used as a base map on the web, and then
built a web system. The results of this research have the domain
webgisekowisatatanjungrejo.com, as a medium that provides ecotourism
information, starting from ecotourism attractions, maps, about, and contact. So
that tourists have an idea about ecotourism before visiting. The results of the
webGIS usability test with a Likert scale have a total percentage score of 84.9%.
So that the test percentage results meet the eligibility requirements and are
included in the Very Eligible category. | en_US |
