Dampak Kawasan Wisata terhadap Permudaan Vegetasi di Taman Hutan Raya Bukit Barisan Desa Dolat Rakyat Kecamatan Dolat Rakyat Kabupaten Karo Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Vegetation analysis is a way of studying the arrangement and composition of vegetation in the form (structure) of plants. This study aims to analyze the vegetation and describe the differences in vegetation in the tourism forest area and the intact forest. This research was conducted at the Bukit Barisan Forest Park, Dolat Rakyat Village, Dolat Rakyat District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province using a systematic sampling method with random start with a sample plot area of 100x100 m and conducting questionnaires to visitors. The results showed that in the tourism forest area, 5 tree species with the highest Importance Value Index were found, namely Eucalyptus, and in intact forest areas, 24 tree species with the highest Importance Index were found, Macropanax sp. Visitors who come to the Puncak Tangke Tabu tourist area agree and participate in preserving the tourist forest.
