Abstract
Unstable angina pectoris is the term to describe chest pain or discomfort caused by coronary artery disease and is usually described as a feeling of pressure, fullness, squeezing, heaviness or tenderness. The top cause of death, the first biggest killer in the world is ischemic heart disease as much as 16% of total world deaths (55% of 55.4 million world deaths). Heart diet (diet for people with heart disease) is a special dietary arrangement for people with heart disease both in quantity and type of food. The purpose of the case study is to apply a diet to heart sufferers so they are able to maintain their diet. The results of the study found that patients suffering from Unstable angina pectoris did not maintain a proper nutritional diet. The diagnosis that is enforced is a knowledge deficit related to a lack of information. Implementation is done by teaching dietary patterns to patients. The nursing evaluation given has had a positive impact on the patient's condition, namely understanding the pattern and nutritional intake that must be consumed
