| dc.description.abstract | Uric acid a product of purine nucleotides. Uric acid in the prosimal tubul is reabsorbed by the body and 1.7% is excreted in the urine. Uric acid is inseluble in plasma ans the high concentrations can accumulate in joints and tissues, pain. Uric acid tests are used to confirm the diagnosis and monitor gout treatment, prevent uric acid nephroparthy during chemotherapy treatment, assess hereditary purine metabolism disorders, detect kidney dysfunction, and assist in the diagnosis of kidney stones. This type of writing uses a descriptive approach in the from of a case study to the determine the problem of nursing care in famillies with the main nursing problem of gout with a nursing care approach that includes assessment nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation. Clints 1,2,3,4 and 5 have diagnoses of chronic pain, sleep patrern disorders, physical mobility disordersz and knowledge deficits. The results of nursing evaluation carried out showed that the pain experienced bye the client was reduced, the patient's sleep quality increased, the patient's physical mobility was not hampered and family knowledge about gout disease increased. Nursing students are expected to be able intergrate and apply all conceps and practices that have been acquired during education in managing nursing care in famillies with increased urin acid levels. | en_US |
