Quality is a dynamic condition related to products, services, people, processes, and environments that meet or exceed expectations. Service is a measure that has been determined as a standardization of good service. In this service standard there are also service quality standards. Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the performance he perceives compared to his expectations, if the performance matches expectations, the customer will be satisfied.The purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Partnership Program Services provided by the CDC unit of PT Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted in August 2023. The population of this research is the UMKM Fostered Partners of Telkom Regional I Sumatra. The sample taken was 10 people. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service to the satisfaction of Fostered Partners at the Telkom Regional I Sumatra CDC unit has provided satisfaction to Telkom Regional I Sumatra UMKM Fostered Partners.
