This study aims to determine how the efforts of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of North Sumatra in maintaining employee integrity. As is known, integrity is something that plays a very important role for employees in improving employee attitudes and performance. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through literature studies and field studies which include observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between integrity and employees in improving employee attitudes and performance. The better the integrity of employees at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of North Sumatra, the more the performance of employees will increase. The components of employee integrity are honesty, trustworthiness, commitment, consistency, and responsibility.
