Peranan Fasilitas Kantor dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research discusses problems related to resources man. This research was conducted at the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. This research aims to determine the role of internal office facilities increasing the work effectiveness of employees at the Sumatra Province DPRD Secretariat North. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the data collection technique used was filling out a questionnaire with 41 respondents and was supported by literature relevant support. This research was analyzed using analytical methods descriptive, namely by describing and summarizing the data that has been obtained researched related to problems that occurred at the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. The results of this research indicate that office facilities play an important role in increase employee work effectiveness. The role of facilities is one agency strategy in maintaining service quality that originates from effectiveness high work.
